1) Retail Sales Associate (full time and part time roles available) Lincoln, NH
Sport Thoma is currently hiring full time and part time Retail Sales Associates for our North Lincoln, NH location. We are looking for an individual that may have a background in retail sales, customer service, and cashiering. This position is responsible for the making sales of outdoor apparel and services to customers from start to finish by finding correct products in the store, fitting products to customers, and operating a POS system to complete product transactions. This individual must have willingness to learn and maintain a working knowledge of our products and brands.
Qualifications:
Previous retail or sales experience strongly preferred.
Strong customer service skills.
POS software experience helpful.
Motivated self starter with ability to multi-task.
Ability to work and communicate well with other employees and supervisors.
Must be willing to work some weekends, evenings and holidays.
Establish and maintain customer relationships.

2) SKI TECH (PT/FT Seasonal), Waterville Valley & Lincoln, NH
Sport Thoma at Waterville Valley Resort, NH is seeking a ski technician. Race tune experience preferred, but not required. We are looking for an individual that may have a background in retail sales, customer service, and cashiering. This position is responsible for the making sales of outdoor apparel and services to customers from start to finish by finding correct products in the store, fitting products to customers, and operating a POS system to complete product transactions. This individual must have willingness to learn and maintain a working knowledge of our products and brands. This person needs to be comfortable working alone.
Qualifications:
Previous retail or sales experience preferred. Will train right person
Strong customer service skills.
POS software experience helpful.
